StepFeud

Privacy Policy

Effective date: May 9, 2026

StepFeud is a social step challenge app operated by Subway Arcade. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

How We Use Information

We use information to operate StepFeud, authenticate your account, sync step totals, show rankings to feud participants and watchers, deliver notifications, process invites, display chat and taunts, provide support, improve reliability, and protect the service from abuse.

Apple Health Data

StepFeud uses Apple Health step data only to power step challenges and rankings in the app. We do not use Apple Health data for advertising. We do not sell Apple Health data. Your own device reads your Apple Health steps, and StepFeud syncs the relevant step totals needed for feud rankings.

Sharing

StepFeud shares your feud-related profile name, step totals, rankings, messages, taunts, and watcher participation with users who are part of or watching the same feud. We do not sell your personal information.

Service Providers

We may use service providers for hosting, database storage, email delivery, push notifications, analytics, or operational support. These providers process information only to help us run StepFeud.

Data Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the app, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security. You can delete feuds you created in the app, and you can request account deletion through the app or support.

Your Choices

Children

StepFeud is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No online service can guarantee perfect security.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will update the effective date and make the revised policy available on this page.
